Well..I have just tendered my resignation but sad to say..unsuccessful. My resignation has always been unsuccessful on the first occasion..I am always rejected of the right to resign haiz..haha. But my boss is really good to me..took me a lot of time and struggle before I convinced mself that I should leave the company. But he made me a counter offer which was slightly better than what the other company is offering me even though I insisted I need to leave ..he still wanted me to consider his offer. Well no choice got to consider ba...But well I guess he should know that my answer is still the same. Guess once I submit the letter, my mind is already made it and I don't think he can change my mind abt it...although i gotta say the offer sounded attractive with and offer of 10% of company share..hmm but it's not really making money now also haiz...I just found it so hard to break the news to him..took me sometime before I entered his room to talk. He tried for the past 1 and a half hrs to convince me but to no avail...well guess gotta reject him another day...so sad..
