Yes clearing my leave..1st day..early in the morning sent J to work then went to East Coast alone to Rollerblade...wah majam very healthy lifestyle like that. Guess it will be just a one off thing man..wake up so early everyday is not my style haha..
Then needless to say, the rest of the day was rotting and rotting and further rotting at home..Must keep myself entertain with programs liao haha..kinda miss the office...

Well last day at work liao..starting next week will be clearing my leave. Hmm had my farewell lunch with my boss and colleagues today at one of the restaurants at Raffles Hotel, think the name has Seah St in it. It's very similar to Billy Bomber concept. my boss, the other manager & myself had Wild Pacific Dory which wasn't very filling while the other 2 colleagues, D & L had Beef Pot Roast which looks pretty appetizing. My boss decided that we should have some dessert after that..wah the dessert was even more filling then the main course...they had 7 layer chocolate cake while I had the double chocolate fudge brownie. Wah it's super duper sweet..meant specially for the sweet tooth. But still tasted great..what a great feeling to be indulging in such tantalizing dessert. After the meal, everyone was in ready mood to fall asleep...
In appreciation, I got some simple gifts for my boss and colleagues as a momento and to my surprise D & L shared with our next door neighbours (S, S & B) and got me a gift too (a card holder)...so sweet and so touched. Subsequently after work, D & L wanted to have a farewell dinner for me..so we went to a Japanese restaurant at Marina Square for dinner..time really flies..we actually had dinner and tcss at the reataurant till it closed, which was around 9.30pm then we went to play pool. Then it was time to go as D & L gotta rush for their last train...They are really wonderful people even though It was just a short duration of one year working with them..Great boss too..I gonna miss them...

Stuff almost cleared...though haven't worked here for really that long but there's still quite a bit to bring back with me...one of the things that I would miss dearly is the view here...simply fantastic view...the next thing i guess would be the people here...though not a big place with many people to miss but it's a small office like this that people have closer bonds i guess..
Well..these few days suddenly got 无聊 ba..started finding those interesting mysteries such as The Flying Dutchman probably due to Pirates of the Carribean; 永恒国度，人王与圣母 probably very much induced by 我和僵尸有个约会; Bermuda Triangle。Stuffs like that used to interest me many many years back when I was much younger but these few days probably too bored liao..started to do all the 'extra' stuffs...tried to dig into the deep secrets behind the mysteries..apparently not much information available on it..or maybe it's just me.
I am actually bored to the extent that I'm watching how people fish on YouTube...then slowly the tags actually led me to sea creatures, then aliens, then UFOs, then ghosts...surprising it led me back to car racing...probably because ghosts drift and cars drift too...
Any places to recommend for a short trip during this period of time...sianz..school holidays leh but if i don't go for a short trip before I start in my new job. I will feel very 对不起自己。

Well..I have just tendered my resignation but sad to say..unsuccessful. My resignation has always been unsuccessful on the first occasion..I am always rejected of the right to resign haiz..haha. But my boss is really good to me..took me a lot of time and struggle before I convinced mself that I should leave the company. But he made me a counter offer which was slightly better than what the other company is offering me even though I insisted I need to leave ..he still wanted me to consider his offer. Well no choice got to consider ba...But well I guess he should know that my answer is still the same. Guess once I submit the letter, my mind is already made it and I don't think he can change my mind abt it...although i gotta say the offer sounded attractive with and offer of 10% of company share..hmm but it's not really making money now also haiz...I just found it so hard to break the news to him..took me sometime before I entered his room to talk. He tried for the past 1 and a half hrs to convince me but to no avail...well guess gotta reject him another day...so sad..

My Ah Ma's has very strong will power...for the past 2 days when we visited her, she was trying to walk around and started having very good appetite. Very happy to see her back to normal again but nevertheless still worried. Think still need to observe her for a while and make sure everything is ok. She still talks about what happened that day..saying that she saw a lady with a big cat standing beside her bed. Dad said that the description resembles my grandma's mother-in-law. We kept telling her it was her fever that caused the hallucinations and that she was thinking too much. Dad keep telling her to be strong and not think of such things. Well yesterday saw her smiling again...Glad, happy & reassured...Thank you for all those who blessed my Ah Ma.

My parents were supposed to be in Genting gambling, out of a sudden received a call from them saying that they'll be rushing back by plane cause Grandma is seriously sick. I called Grandma's place and hear that it was pretty serious with the doctor citing that these 3 days are the crucial time. We rushed down to the airport at 12 midnight to fetch my parents who rushed back from Genting and proceeded straight to Grandma's house.
When I saw Grandma, I thought everything was fine as she was still able to talk and gesture. Then we were told that Grandma was too weak and was unable to walk on her own. She has been having a high fever prior to our arrival. I suddenly realised I have not taken a really good look at Grandma and how much she has changed, how weak and frail she has grown. But the final breaking point was when Grandma started to give each of us money as if she was trying to divide her fortune. I couldn't handle it anymore and broke down. I shouldn't have done that though because it cause everyone else in there to start...and it was the first time i saw my dad cry. But i really couldn't help myself, tears kept welling up my eyes...i even left the room so as not to stir up emotions but nothng seem to be able to stop it.
Everything seems to flash back...she has changed, changed so much. I have never realised how weak and frail she has become...why what happened. The grip on my hand when she held it...so firm yet so distance. There's really a mixed feeling of the 3 days cited by the doc.........

yoz everyone...i'm back. No choice, got complaints that I have not been updating duely. Haiz, guess I got lazy after a while. Trying to juggle between my job, my job, my job and my job. Haha not that bad I guess, just trying to paint a scarier picture. So some updates since the last time I updated. I just added a new member to my family, I personally called him 'lan ser'. It's my first baby, my Mitsubishi Lancer but it's not blue in color..it's grey and darn, I scratched the side mirror within a mth of driving..heartache sob sob. Now money must spend wisely because of this baby. Drink petrol like drink water, just 2 mths travelled close to 5000km liao. Preparing for next servicing liao..next time anyone wanna wash car and in Jurong area can call me. ;)
We went to 'The Station at St James last weekend and I thought we were pretty lucky that there were still so many lots available on a Saturday. Well, I only realised the reason as I was leaving the carpark...we just parked there for 2 hours of food and guess what...it was a FREAKING 6 bucks!!! And guess what I had...Prata..I spent $6 parking to eat cheese prata at 'The Station' hmmm.
We were crapping about relationship & work. Haiz..I seem to always be in a dilemna whenever it comes to work. Arghh headache...better don't talk about it haha. Till the next time..hopefully won't be months later.
